This plugin helps you to easily insert your MailChimp subscription forms to your WordPress site. You should only create a MailChimp API key (here is a greate article about how can you get one) and insert this to the plugin settings page:
Then you can insert your desired subscription form to a widget area:
Or use a shortcode to insert your form to a page or post:
